Elephant compost is used in this newly built hugelkultur raised garden bed

Squash growing in this Slanted Raised Bed in burlap sacks filled with Elephant Compost.  This is a project that emulates a rooftop.  How do crops grow at a slant?  They grow great –with the right compost.
