CORE PRINCIPLE

01. The Good Faith Provision

All services, activities, and interactions conducted by Majestic Vision, its officers, employees, and agents shall be performed in good faith. Majestic Vision acts with the intention of good faith in all its dealings, endeavors, and communications.

By engaging with Majestic Vision, users and clients acknowledge and agree that our actions and decisions are made in good faith, without intent to deceive or mislead, and with the genuine aim of fulfilling our obligations and providing premium digital services. We ask that our clients approach our partnership with this same transparency and integrity.

02. Communication & Workflow

  • Structured Dialogue: We prioritize organized communication. Project briefs, feedback, and technical requests should be centralized through our designated project dashboards or email threads to prevent fragmented information.
  • Response Times: We aim to respond to all standard inquiries within 1–2 business days. We ask that clients also provide timely responses to approvals to keep development pipelines moving.
  • Collaborative Spark Sessions: For complex AI integrations or web architecture planning, we rely on scheduled, focused advisory appointments rather than ad-hoc messaging.

03. Ownership of Creative Work

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing, all creative work—including but not limited to designs, writings, graphics, and other intellectual property—produced by Majestic Vision for its clients shall be considered a “work for hire” as defined under applicable copyright laws.

As such, all rights, title, and interest in and to such creative work shall vest exclusively in the client who commissioned the work, and Majestic Vision shall have no claim or interest therein. You own the digital reality we build for you.

04. Ethics, Laws & Human Rights

The basis of our law is ethics. Ethics must be taken into consideration in every decision, especially when it comes to utilizing our web architecture and AI technologies.

All users, readers, customers, seekers, and clients of Majestic Vision are emphatically advised and expected to obey all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations in their respective jurisdictions. Furthermore, we emphasize the absolute importance of respecting and upholding animal and human rights, and we encourage all clients to act in accordance with the highest principles of morality and universal conscience.

05. Payments, Retainers & Refunds

  • Clear Scope: All VIP builds, subscription retainers, and custom graphic design projects will have a clearly defined scope of work prior to invoicing.
  • No Refund Policy: Because of the intensive, irreversible nature of custom code deployment, server provisioning, and creative labor, Majestic Vision operates on a strict no refund, no return policy unless otherwise explicitly stated in your specific project contract.
  • Client Responsibility: The efficacy of our services is directly related to how the information and technology are implemented, used, and maintained by the client or end-user. The client assumes all risk associated with the operation of their business.
